• Bring food for morning tea (Ideas include dip, muffins, biscuits, fruit or cake)
• Ensure urn is filled before service and turned on low/med heat;
• Before the end of the service turn on the urn to high, set up tea, milk, sugar, water jugs and glasses etc. Check to see the dish washer is turned on.
• After the service, assist with serving the morning tea.
• Clean up including wash up cups in dishwasher, emptying the dishwasher, empty coffee machine and wipe down benches, sweep up crumbs in hall.
If you are unable to assist with morning tea on your allocated week please arrange a swap with someone else in the hospitality group and advise your the hospitality co-ordinator.
